All Smeg products come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer's guarantee covering parts and labour. Selected models may qualify for extended 5-year warranties during promotional periods.

Can I track my order status online?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. For large appliance deliveries, you will receive a time slot notification via SMS on the morning of delivery.

What is your return policy for unwanted items?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that a collection fee may apply for large major appliances.
