At Smeg UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium appliance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Contact our dedicated customer service team via our online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Appliance

    Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in its original Smeg packaging including all accessories and manuals.

    Arrange Collection

    For large appliances, our specialist logistics team will contact you to schedule a professional pickup; for smaller items, use the provided prepaid shipping label.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
